TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
These terms & conditions govern all contracts entered into by the company for the supply of sale of goods or services. Any order given to the company shall be deemed to constitute an Agreement to be bound by these terms & conditions. No variations of these terms & conditions shall be of any effect unless agreed by the company in writing.
Description of goods.
The company brochure and any elevations/plans/drawings serve as a guide only and do not form part of any contract. The company reserves the right to alter specifications without prior notice. Some timber sizes are nominal and subject to normal variations.
A 25% deposit is required upon placing an order, a further 50% will be required 7 days prior to delivery, DIY orders to be paid in full on arrival at site address, for the installed with foundations option the final payment is due strictly on the final day of installation. The finished building to be inspected & signed off prior to payment. Payment may be paid by bank transfer (copy of transaction required) or cheque, allowing sufficient time for said cheque to clear.
Cancellation prior to installation will incur a penalty of the deposit paid. The company reserves the right to dismantle and remove any buildings not paid in full. The client must allow full access to the site for this purpose and will be notified in writing of this intent.
The company will always try to honour any agreed delivery/installation date, however we cannot guarantee the delivery/installation date and cannot be held responsible for postponement or delay outside our control and cannot be liable for compensation.
Access to electric & water on site (if applicable) will be required & at no additional cost to the company. The company will not deliver if it requires access through a domestic property or over fences without prior written agreement & any additional costs agreed.
Bases/installation.( if applicable)
Our quotation assumes the site is level, clear of vegetation & has sufficient room to work on the building adjacent to its final position.
Planning & building control approval is not normally required however it is the clients responsibility to ensure that planning & building control approval is not required for the proposed installation.
The company guarantee against design and manufacturing faults, material failure, corrosion & rot for 10 years, material guarantees as provided by our suppliers can be provided on request.
Law governing This Contract.
The contract shall in all respects be construed and operated as an English contract governed by English law and any dispute arising out of, or in connection herewith, shall be referred to the English courts.
THE COMPANY REFERS TO TIMBER PANEL SYSTEMS WHICH IS A DIVISION OF TUSCAN PROPERTY SERVICES LTD. REGISTERED NO. 2051644.
